You have them for business reasons, you have them because you need them (and you do, I'm most certainly not saying you don't) or are working to a standard like HIPAA etc., but they actually detract from the usability of business traffic. So you, a competent administrator of the system, uses it to download a Linux Distro for you to use for admin reasons, great, that's not what I call business use, much in the same way I don't regard Firewalls, AV, IDS/IPS as being tools for business use, they are safe guards that are absolutely needed.
I am the OP, and to be really honest, on a production network there is very little legitimate use of Bit Torrent. The OP said that torrents were not a legitimate business use, I did not agree with him and showed him one reason why it is a business use. I do not recall filenames being mentioned in the original post, just torrents in general. Also I don't know any Linux Distro called 'Rogue One'.
